Space
Power !!!
Space Power is about the generation of power from space. The space around Earth is filled with strong sunlight that is not broken up by the atmosphere, so it is even more powerful than the sunlight on Earth. It is an unending supply of energy that can be changed into electricity using semiconductors without moving parts. Just using a small amount of this energy could supply a large part of the world's future energy. All that is needed is a large area to place the collectors. There would need to be thousands of square kilometers to absorb the energy and then there would need to be Solar Power Satellites to transmit the collected power down to Earth.
The Space Solar Alliance for Future Energy was formed to keep space-based solar power technologies safe while scientists are working on them to help address the planet's future energy needs. The satellite platforms on the satellites are going to made to carry billions of silicon panels which could convert sunlight directly into an electric energy that will be sent to earth as microwaves through antennas. The Solar Power Satellite will be made to stay in a low Earth orbit. A Solar Power Satellite would be above the atmosphere and would collect constant direct sunlight. These Solar Power Satellites would help everyone around the world by providing power to each person in any country.
